LMBC BEER REVIEW – Reverberator Doppelbock

Jim Strelau, LMBC Brewmaster

In collaboration with Fretboard Brewing, Reverberator Doppelbock is a classic German Bock Beer brewed with all Munich malt. Rich & malty with toasted bread, caramel, and toffee notes.

Brewers love to work with other brewers. It’s a great time to experiment and have fun doing a one-off type of Beer. We believe that it builds fellowship and goodwill. We love working with Fretboard Brewing! Cheers!

LMBC BEER REVIEW – Turn The Paige

Jim Strelau, LMBC Brewmaster

Our Turn the Paige strawberry sour is brewed for Valentine’s Day and beyond. Beautiful red color compliments the juicy strawberry flavor and aroma. Our sour beers here at Little Miami Brewing are almost always fruited with some kind of fun, local, seasonal, or just different fruit.
The tartness from the sour beer plays nicely with almost anything we add for sweetness and tartness. Our bartender was asking for a strawberry sour and we like to name beers after rock songs.
Paige and Bob Seger get the nod this time. Cheers!
